When I click the "book now" button, is my booking made?

No, it is not. We will check for availability, make the reservation when available,and then we will answer you with an invoice. You will be asked to pay a deposit of 50€ to 90€, depending on car group chosen, that will be deducted from the total upon final payment. Final payment will be made when we deliver the car to you. You on your part must confirm to us within 24 hrs . After that, if not confirmed the booking may be canceled, depending on how close to the pickup date it is.

I have a booking, but for personal reasons I must change or cancel. Is that possible ?

Yes, it is.

  • You can cancel a booking up to 48 hrs before the pickup date. If you have paid for the booking, you will be refunded in full. After the 48 hr period we will have to deduct 30€ for cancelation fees and refund the rest.
  • You can change car model at no extra cost, or car group paying only the difference in the rental price, but you can only choose what is available at the time.

I forgot to cancel the booking on time. Do I get my money back?

We are sorry, but no. If you do not show up at the pickup, meeting point (airport, hotel, villa, ...etc), your deposit will not be refunded. It will be used to cover delivery expenses ,gasoline and other losses, etc.
