We will replace your car with a new one in case of damage or car accident or In case of breakdown.

6. A second driver for free

A second driver is added to the contract at no additional charge for the term of the rental.

7. Baby and child seats

  We offer the highest security seats for babies and children at no additional cost.

8. General Reservation Terms

  •  Drivers must have complete their 23rd year of age.

  • The Driver is required to have and display a valid Drivers License issued at least one year before the rental period. Citizens of Non-EU countries are required to have a valid international Drivers License along with their regular Drivers License.

  • Fuel Gasoline consumption is paid by the renter.

  • Minimum rental period is 72 hours. 

  • In case of car accident and damages a police report is mandatory. Without a police report the client takes full responsibility.

  • The insurance does not cover any damage or loss of the car key. In case of loss or damage of the key the hirer is required to pay for it.

  • You can cancel a booking up to 5 days before the pickup date. If you have paid for the booking, you will be refunded in full. After that no money will be refunded.

5. Vehicle Replacement
1. Unlimited Free Kilometers ​​

There is no daily kilometer limit.

2. All taxes included

Our prices are final including all taxes and services without hidden costs.

3. Insurance

Standard Insurance Includes:

  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with an excess of 400€ - 900€ depending on the vehicle category.

 

  The excess for each vehicle category is displayed on this website at the  time of booking. Excess is the maximum amount paid in the event the vehicle is damaged or in an accident and it is your fault.
 

  •  Bodily injuries, 1.220.000€ per person.

  •  Third Party Property Damage, 1.220.000€ per accident.

  •  Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), 12.000€.

  •  Damage caused by an uninsured vehicle, 30.000€.

  •  Legal Protection, 15.000€.

  •  Vehicle Theft Protection.


  Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately to us at the time of the accident by contacting our office number +30 2825083069, involve us as soon as possible so we can help you. In most cases the Police will be required to file a report.

 

Full Insurance Includes all Standard Insurance Features as well as:

  •  Full Damage Waiver (FDW) with no excess or hidden costs.

 

  FDW protects you when things go wrong and you are required to pay out from your excess. FDW covers:

  • Tires

  • Windows

  • Vandalism

  • Fire

 

All Insurances are Invalid under the following conditions:

  1. Accidents due to drug or alcohol consumption of the driver or is generally considered as being unfit to drive.

  2. Use of the vehicle from another driver who is not mentioned on the contract.

  3. Use of the vehicle on dates other than those stated on your contract.

  4. The vehicle has been driven off road.

  5. If the vehicle has been used for any illegal purpose.

  6. Violation of the Greek traffic laws.

  7. If the company has not been immediately informed of any damage or accident.

Any unnoticeable damage to the vehicle such as small scratches will be ignored. !!

4. 24/7 road assistance 

 24 hours help and road assistance, we are available on a 24h basis for your service.
